Hypergraph-Based Sizing Function for Generalised Linear Step-Up Method

Calculates a sizing function based on the number of independent sets in the rejected hypergraph (Organ, Kenney & Gu, 2026, ). The sizing function is designed to be used with the 'GLSUP' package.
