Filter Module for 'teal' Applications
Data filtering module for 'teal' applications. Allows for interactive filtering of data stored in 'data.frame' and 'MultiAssayExperiment' objects. Also displays filtered and unfiltered observation counts.
teal.slice
teal.slice is an R library used in the development of teal shiny modules. It provides:
- a class accepting an array of
data.framesas an input, then supporting basicdplyroperations on the data, - a method returning the code needed to slice the data in the desired way,
- a set of
shinymodules helping to acquire the desired slice of data using ashinyGUI.
Installation
install.packages('teal.slice')
Alternatively, you might want to use the development version.
